1. Shipping & Delivery

Option 1: Go to Track order page on the Citiesbox website and provide your order information to check.
Option 2: Track your order from your order confirmation email. Click on the Manage or Track order button at the email footer.
Option 3: Find tracking links directly on the fulfillment email we sent when your order was shipped.
Option 4: View order status on your Citiesbox Account.

For detailed instructions, you can visit our Helpdesk. If you can’t track your order, please recheck your Email, and your Order ID or contact us to get support.

All our orders are processed, printed and typically delivered within 5-10 business days of the original purchase date. We allow 2-3 days for printing and 5-7 days for shipping. 95% of our orders are delivered within seven business days.

Expedited shipping, also called Express shipping is only available for shipments to United Kingdom, United State, Canada.

Our team will definitely extend the Express shipping line to other countries in the near future.

If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up during the manufacturing process which leads to separate shipments. Rest assured that you’re only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order during checkout.

You will receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order. If the second package does not arrive after 5-7 business days after the first package arrived, chat with us and you will be assisted right away.

Tracking information may not be updated immediately for some reasons, such as:

– The tracking number has just been created. After being sent out, your tracking number will need up to 7 business days to be updated due to delays between the scanning process and the website’s updates.

– The package may not be scanned until it reaches the regional hub near the destination.

– The package is in transit between the origin and the destination country. Once the package leaves the origin country the tracking information will not be updated until it reaches the destination country.

We suggest waiting for 5-7 business days & recheck the tracking link after that. However, if your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 business days, please contact us to be supported right away.

We are a US-based company operating with several fulfillment centers around the world. We have warehouses in the U.S, UK, EU, Australia and Canada.

All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address as long as it has sufficient stock.

2. Refund and Replacement

Currently, we do not have policies regarding the return of an item. For a refund or replacement, you do not need to return the defective item you received.

No worries. We will happily send you a reprint for free. Contact us and let us know that you would like an exchange for a different size and then we will send you a replacement product immediately.

Thankfully, this rarely happens. However, we are human, and it does happen sometimes. All you need to do is contact us and send us a photograph showing the problem with the item. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We want every one of our customers to have a fantastic experience. When we verify that we made a mistake, we will happily reprint and ship your item to you 100% for free.

The majority of our orders are typically delivered within 5-10 days from the initial order date. Unfortunately, ongoing supply chain issues in the pandemic continue to negatively affect inventory levels and create slower than average shipping times within the USA. We do our absolute best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee shipping time or offer refunds for delayed shipments. Nor can we refund any order that has already been sent into production for printing.

1. Refund
Once the refund has been processed, an email will be sent to you to confirm this information.

After Citiesbox agent confirmed that the refund has been done, the refund amount will be reflected on your payment account within 3-5 business days with PayPal and up to 10 business days with your Credit Card, depending on the process of your bank.

2. Replacement
If you agree with the estimated delivery time, we will proceed with the replacement for you right away.

Please be noted that the processing time for personalized items takes 3 to 5 business days. The estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days for the United States/Canada/the UK and 7-12 business days for other countries.

3. General Questions

You will have 6 hours after placing an order to cancel please contact with us. We will cancel your order for you.

Please keep in mind that any cancellation after 6 hours upon approval of the order will no longer be allowed.

Only within the first 6 hours since the order was placed, you can change your shipping address. Please contact us via live chat so we can check it for you.

Your total payment = product prices + shipping fee.

– The Discount code only applies to the item subtotal, not the total price.
– The shipping fee is calculated based on weight and the shipping destination.

Thanks for your question.

For classic t-shirts, the material will be as follows:
Solid colors are 100% cotton
Heather colors are 50% cotton, 50% polyester
Sport Gray is 90% cotton, 10% polyester

For premium t-shirts, the material will be as follows:
100% Airlume combed and ringspun cotton
Heather colors are 52% cotton, 48% polyester
